Does hanging from a bar reduce pain in hands and wrists?
Hell yes it does!
I knew that it would improve grip strength, but it didn’t immediately click in my head that the result could be less aching in my hands.
The wife was asking for her feet to be rubbed but I usually avoid it anymore because it was painful on my fingers, wrist and forearms.
Less pain today
I succumbed to the pressure of the requested foot rub and I gave it a few minutes. I was very surprised that there was minimal pain compared to say a month ago.
I’ve only been doing my active and passive hangs for 4 weeks and I definitely (and you too) have less pain and stronger hands. This will make the wife’s feet happy.
